توضیح این موارد وجود دارد . در قسمت Add functionality در همون صفحه آخرش نوشته :

* the param1 is the formId value can be retrived from the "Manage forms" tab of RSForm!Pro;

* the preview-page-number is the number of the page where you want to display the information summary in;

* the total-pages is the total number of pages your form will have.

* the param4 refers to the latest feature of the multipage form included in revision 33. You can set this value to either "true" or "false" depending if you want the form to validate the input when changing pages or not.

Important: When specifying values for "preview-page-number" and the "total-pages", note that the actual pagination starts from 0 (zero). For example, the third page will actually be 2, the first page 0 and so on.
