بله تنظیمات را بارها و بارها چک کردم
خیر ٬ پسوندی اضافه نکردم - دکمه افزودن پسوند را در هر دوحالت چک کردم که در حال حاضر بر روی خیر می باشد
خیر هیچ کدی به htaccess اضافه نکردم

دوست عزیز اگه همه ی راه ها رو امتحان کردین کد زیر را جایگزین محتویات فایل htaccess. کنید ببینید مشکلتون حل میشه.
