دوستان هر کاری می کنم وارد phpmyadmin لوکال هاستم نمی شوم
برنامه xampp است !

یکبار نرم افزار رو ببندید و مجددا اجرا کنید
بهتون wamp رو پیشنهاد میکنم خیلی بهتر از xamp جواب میده
2 ساله نصب کردم و بدون هیچ مشکلی دارم ازش استفاده میکنم!
